What these terms cover
These terms cover the Varv website and the launch notification list. The desktop app ships with its own license agreement when it is released; nothing on this site grants a software license yet.
Using the site
The site is provided for information about Varv. You may browse it, link to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not scrape the signup form, probe the site for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure, or misrepresent your affiliation with Varv.
The launch notification list
Signing up means we send you one email when the first public build ships. It creates no contract for future features, dates or prices, and you can leave the list at any time as described in the privacy policy.
Accuracy
Pages that describe other products, such as the comparison pages, reflect public information at the date stated on each page. Products change; if something is out of date, email hello@varv.app and we will correct it. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no comparison implies affiliation or endorsement.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Guides and documentation are written with care but describe third-party services we do not control; verify anything critical against your provider's own documentation before relying on it.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of site. Beyond that, liability is excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves toward release. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on this page.
