S3 versioning is the difference between "someone overwrote the file" being a disaster and being a Tuesday. Varv makes the whole lifecycle usable: turn it on, see history, bring things back.
Turn it on where it matters
Enable or suspend versioning per bucket from the bucket settings, no web console detour. Suspending keeps existing versions safe and just stops making new ones.
Browse history like files
Any file's versions show up as a list with dates and sizes. Restore one to make it current, download an old one without restoring, or create a share link straight to it.
Clean up the leftovers
Deleted files in a versioned bucket leave markers behind, and old versions keep costing storage. Varv lists both so you can actually see and remove them, or set lifecycle rules to age them out automatically.
